I bought character dining when I purchased my Disneyland package. Will those vouchers come with my tickets? I also made reservations for Ariels grotto. I did not select a date to dine when I purchased that option. What else do I need to know?

Hi there, Rebecca! Thanks so much for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I purchased a similar package in the past that included the voucher for character dining, so I'm more than happy to help you out! If you selected to have your travel documents mailed to you when you booked your vacation package, the vouchers should come with the rest of the documents. Since you have already made reservations for Ariel's Grotto, all you have left to do is enjoy your breakfast or lunch with Ariel and the princesses. When you are greeted by your server, mention that you have a voucher for character dining. They will then collect your vouchers at the conclusion of the meal. The price you paid for the vouchers included tax and gratuity, but the vouchers are not valid for alcoholic beverages. When you receive your vouchers, read the fine print to be sure there are no surprises when it's time for your meal.

Have you considered purchasing a PhotoPass+ product? Since you'll be meeting Ariel before you dine, the pictures that are taken with her and all other photographs taken by PhotoPass photographers throughout the parks would be available to download and print if you purchase the PhotoPass+ One Day or PhotoPass+ One Week products. You can purchase these in advance, at the parks, or on the Disneyland app.

I hope this information is helpful. Please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again as we love helping guests plan magical vacations to the Disneyland Resort!
