We bought our Annual Passes online today, and will be picking them up at will call in a couple days when we get to the parks. Since the AP includes parking, how do we avoid paying to park since we won't have our passes in-hand until AFTER we park?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica!

Allow me to be among the first to congratulate you on your newly minted Annual Passholder status! Being an Annual Passholder is like being part of a most magical club on earth. There are so many amazing benefits that come with your AP, but the best and most magical is getting to visit the most magical place on earth often.

I bet you can’t wait to get your AP activated. Just a few more days and you’ll be immersed in Disney Magic. Have you booked some FastPass+ yet? Don’t delay and start planning some fun at the theme parks with FP+ for your favorite attractions. As an AP, you’ll be able to book your FP+ 30-days in advance for up to 7-days of fun. Of course, if you’re staying at one of the wonderful Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, you get to book those up to 60-days in advance. One of the many perks of staying on site.

Jessica, my advice to get your AP’s activate along with picking up your card that you will show for your parking privileges and discounts would be to visit the Guest Relations desk at Disney Springs prior to heading to the parks. Parking at Disney Springs is complimentary and you can start your visit off with a fun night of world class shopping, dining, and entertainment. If stopping at Disney Springs prior to heading to the parks is not feasible, you would go ahead and pay for parking, keep the receipt and when you pick up your cards at Guest Relations, you will receive a reimbursement.

I hope you enjoy your Annual Pass with many magical visits this year. Be sure to bookmark the benefits and discounts page on your mobile device so you can browse current offers during your visits and enjoy all the wonderful perks!

    See you real soon!
