I bought annual passes under my CC and for personal reasons me and my boyfriend are not together anymore. I dont want to continue paying for his pass. Can I switch hid pass over to my mom?

    Hiya, Vanessa,

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are getting as much enjoyment as you can out of your Disneyland Resort Annual Passport. My family has enjoyed the myriad benefits offered to Passholders, such as discounts and special events and activities. You can also stay up-to-date with the latest Disneyland Passholder news on social media, including on Facebook and Twitter.

I’m really sorry to hear about your situation. I understand it can be challenging to work out agreements when separations occur. I spoke with a cast member to learn more about options. First, Disneyland Resort Annual Passports are issued in the name of specific guests and are not transferable. You should check the specific terms of your payment contract. Usually payment plans for purchasing multiple Annual Passports are tied together. I recommend you stop by a ticket booth to find out other options that might be available, including possibly paying off one or both of the Annual Passports outright to fulfill the payment plan terms. Or you may also call the Annual Passport Monthly Payments Guest Services at (800-410-4656) to find out about other options for changing payment plans.

I wish you many magical returns to the Disneyland Resort, Vanessa.
