I bought an annual pass for my grandson. His parents are divorced. How does my son take him to the park if his ex wife physically has the pass. I have the original ticket that I purchased & downloaded.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tina. Thanks for stopping by with your question about Annual Passport.

Based on the information you've provided, it looks like you've already activated your grandson's Annual Passport and his mother has the actual pass. The easiest solution is to have Mom give the Annual Passport to your grandson so Dad can take him to the Happiest Place on Earth.

If handing off the Annual Passport is not an option, Disneyland Resort can grant one courtesy admission per year, provided that the Annual Passport is in good standing. If Dad plans to do a multi-day visit, he may encounter issues as only one courtesy admission can be granted.

Because yours may be an unusual circumstance surrounding Annual Passport, I highly recommend for you to contact Annual Passholder help line at (714) 781-PASS and speak with a Cast Member.

If you have further questions, please visit us on the Panel again, Tina.

    Wishing you a magical day,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

I am a wife and mother to 2 children, a 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I have always enjoyed going to Disneyland Resort as a child and now that I am a mother, I love watching my children experience Disneyland Resort through their eyes. It is a true delight seeing my daughter wear a ball gown walking side by side with Cinderella or my son jumping gleefully after he defeated Darth Maul in a light saber duel! Learn More About Kiki
