booking tomorrow for Oct 19-27 at NOFQ. Is it too soon to make dining resturant reservations. I was checking some of them and I am not sure why we have to give our visa number as we have the dining plan...could you explain how this works. Thanks

Hi, Peggy! It is NOT too soon to book your Advanced Dining Reservations! You can begin booking these 180 days prior to your arrival date.  So, some Guests have been booking these since April.  You will want to make them as soon as possible to try to get the ones you want.  You are providing that credit card as a guarantee.  If you don't show up for your Advance Dining Reservation, it will be charged.  When you arrive for the meal, you can pay for it using any method you prefer.  You could choose to pay cash, use a different credit card, pay with traveler's checks, redeem Disney Dollars or Disney Gift Cards, or, like in your case, utilize Disney Dining Plan credits. Simply tell the Cast Member serving you how you'd like to make your payment. Since you want to use your Disney Dining Plan instead of your credit card, the Cast Member will deduct the Disney Dining Plan credits from your entitlements. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
