I am booking fastpasses for my family and my sister's family. My sister shared her info with me. My nephew and brother in law do not have their own accounts. Why can I only book fastpasses for my sister and not the other two?

    Hi Jodi!

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! So happy to hear that you will be visiting soon with your extended family. I had the same exact issue back in February and I had to go to Guest Services in Epcot to correct it. In your case what is happening is that your sister manages your nephew and her husband under her My Disney Experience Account. So when she shared her account with you, you can only see and plan for her. This is something Guest Services will have to help you with. You can speak with then by calling 1 (407) 939-4357 and they will ask you for your log in information for your My Disney Experience Account. Also, be sure to have your sister's My Disney Experience Account information as well so that they can view both accounts. I hope this helps and I wish you and your family a magical vacation!

Quick Tip: The attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy's EdgeStar Wars: Rise of the Resistance is extremely popular!  Be sure to arrive early to Disney's Hollywood Studios to join a Boarding Group to experience this attraction. Also be sure to download the My Disney Experience App which is where you can join the Boarding Group once you enter the park.

Jodi, thank you for allowing us to help you plan your vacation and please feel free to send me any other questions you may have!
