Booked our vacation at the Pop Century for Nov 29-Dec 12 and have one wheelchair adult.Noticed it states she will be in a handicapped room alone while the rest are in a standard room. Requested connecting rooms she needs help is there a way to check?

    Hello Jacqueline,

Pop Century Resort is my sister's favorite! She loves it there for many reasons. But what she thinks stands out is its larger-than-life whimsy. And she thinks out of all the Value Resorts, its Disney Transportation is top notch.

While they cannot guarantee a specific room, you are able to make room requests with your Resort reservations. And because you have a Guest in your party needing special assistance, I think Disney will try to help as much as possible. From my experience, Disney will make every attempt to accommodate your request for connecting rooms.

Call Disney Reservations at 407-939-7429 to make your request. Then when you arrive at the Resort, kindly remind the Cast Members at check-in of  your request.

Hope this helps! Have a great trip!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
