I just booked our vacation with the dining plus package! I was wondering if you had any good tips for the Character Dining Meals. I have 3 girls (5,7&7) and they love all the characters. Thanks!

    Hi Sara!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

We love Character Dining!  We just returned from a trip there, and we LOVED the Character Dining Breakfast at 'Ohana at the Polynesian Resort.  The characters there were Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch.  It was great fun and the food was delicious, served family style, all you can eat.

Also, for the girls, I recommend Cinderella's Royal Table at Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom, Breakfast with the Disney Princesses at Akershus in Norway at EPCOT, and 1900 Park Fare at The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, with Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and other Wonderland friends.

Another favorite of my family is the Breakfast with Goofy and friends at Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort.

My husband wants me to tell you that you should also consider Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge - it is such a treat, it is not Character dining, but if you get there during daylight hours, you can view the animals on the Savannah from the lodge's verandah and the food is wonderful.  A spectacular experience!

I hope you find some of these suitable for your family!  Have a magical time at Walt Disney World!
