    Holly from IN Asked

I booked a vacation with a 4 day ticket package, am I able to change it to 3 days?

    Hi Holly!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to answer this question for you!

Changing your ticket will depend on the type of vacation package or theme park tickets you purchased. When I have purchased a vacation package that included tickets, we have been able to modify the number of ticket days with that package as long as we made those changes within a certain time frame. Review your package terms carefully as some packages could require a minimum number of days and/or tickets so you may not be able to modify. Keep in mind that there may be other Special Offers applicable to the dates of your visit, so if you cannot modify one package, you may be able to cancel and book a new one. Just be sure to check the cancellation penalties on the existing reservation and availability with the new special offer before cancelling!

To modify, if you have linked your Walt Disney World vacation package and/or resort hotel to your My Disney Experience Account, click on the link for My Plans and then review your resort hotel confirmation information. There should be a link near that reservation that would allow you to modify the reservation. If not, you may contact a Cast member directly at 407-939-5277.

Keep in mind that separately purchased tickets are typically non-refundable and non-transferable. If you purchased Travel Insurance, check the terms and conditions of your particular plan to verify what is covered. If you only purchased tickets, feel free to speak to a Cast member in Walt Disney World Resort Ticketing directly at 407-566-4985. Remember that, depending on the type of tickets you reserve, with 3-day tickets, you may not be able to visit one of the four theme parks on your visit. If you have added the Park Hopper Ticket Option to your tickets, you could use at least one of your days to park hop so that you could visit all four theme parks.

Holly, sending you lots of pixie dust as you plan your trip and try to get the best tickets! If you keep the 4-day tickets, know that you will be able to maximize your time in the parks. We typically need at least a full day in each park. Having said that, if you have to park hop on one day, remember to make your advanced FastPass+ selections prior to your visit!
