Hello I booked my vaca online. Should I be getting anything in the mail from Disney? Im arriving 1/28. Also, When checking in (about noon) will they give us our passes so we can go directly to a park?

    Hi there, Christina!

While it's not a guarantee, Disney attempts to send each of its Guests a welcome packet in the mail (independent of any Magical Express documentation) a couple of weeks prior to the Guest's check-in. If you do not receive this packet, don't panic; there is no information directly specific to your vacation package. Rather,it is a fun welcome to your Resort and offers suggestions of what to see and do based on the makeup of your traveling party,

Additionally, you should receive an email approximately ten days prior to your trip, informing you that your traveling party is welcome to make use of online check-in.

When you arrive at the Resort, whether or not you have opted for online check-in, you will need to stop at the front desk for your Key to the World. At that time, you will have access to your Park tickets and any Disney Dining Plan purchases you might have made. This stands, no matter if your room is ready.

Disney strives to make each Guest have as streamlined a logistic experience as possible. And the start of your vacation will be an easy prelude to a fantastic time!

     See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
