    We booked our upcoming vacation w a travel company, I've now successfully linked our resort reservation with the itinerary on the website, but I can't figure out how to make sure we have Magic Express scheduled and load all of our flight information??

    Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm more than happy to help with your question!

    In the past when I've needed to add flight information for Disney's Magical Express, I simply make a quick phone call to the Reservation Line at 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639) and they arrange for my transportation with Magical Express. Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a package in the mail that will include your luggage tags and information about how the service works. I absolutely love using the Magical Express and it truly makes traveling to Walt Disney World Resort a breeze!
