    Nancy Asked

I have booked two rooms for my cruise. Everyone in one room is Castaway Club Silver but my father, who is staying in the other room by himself, does not. Will I be able to check him in and/or book excursions for all of us during my 90 day advance window?

    Ahoy, Nancy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you have a very special multigenerational sailing planned for your crew this summer. With May already halfway over, it will be here before you know it!

Since your father is not a Silver Castaway Club member, you will have to wait until his booking window opens up 75 days prior to your departure. Once that day arrives, you should be able to go in and take care of his online check-in and Port Adventure reservations as long as your reservations are linked. I'm assuming since you booked the two staterooms, you linked your reservations at the time of booking so you should be all set. If not, you can link the reservations once you are logged in to your reservation and by finding  "Add Reservation" under "My Cruise Reservations." You'll need your father's confirmation number and birthdate to link it to yours.

Disney Cruise Line did tell me that the only way to check your father in and make excursion plans at 90 days is to move someone who is Silver into his stateroom before final payment is made. If you have already made final payment, this isn't an option. They also said that you can move the Guest back to your stateroom if your father wants a single occupancy stateroom.

Nancy, I hope this all makes sense and your plans work out! If we can assist you further, please let us know!

    Have a magical day!
