Hi! Just booked a trip to WDW fro 12/27 to .1/7 at the Poly Concierge with castle view......I am really excited ..do you think some of the crowds will let up after the 1st and will dec .

Hi Linda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Wow! What a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation you have planned! Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is an oasis of delight- and Theme Park View- and Concierge! Wow! How exciting! As much as I would love to call upon the mystical powers of Madame Leota to predict the crowd levels, it is just SO hard to say! As you probably know, the week between Christmas and just after New Year’s Day can be some of the busiest at Walt Disney World Resort, and each year really varies for crowd levels after that. I would hate to tell you that crowds will let up and then, they don’t. If you research Walt Disney World Resort crowd levels on the Internet, you will see that historically, they tend to be a bit thinner as of January 2nd, but that is always subject to change!

What is great about a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is that when you plan for busy times, the crowd level won’t even affect the amount of fun you have! I would make sure to make all of your Advanced Dining Reservations 180 days in advance, as well as your FastPass+ selections 60 days before your arrival. I think my favorite part of YOUR vacation is that you will be able to view the Happily Ever After Fireworks from the comfort of your room, or venture onto the beach area! How beautiful!
