Hi, I just booked my trip at the Swan resort. I understand that this property is not owned by Disney but am wondering if there was some way to see my reservation and itinerary on the My Disney Experience page. It does not show when I try to link my trip.

    Hi, Raymond!

Thank you so much for sending us your question! You are correct, the Walt Disney World® Swan and Dolphin Resorts are not owned or operated by Disney Parks, the Swan is owned by the Westin Brand.

However, you can still link these resort hotel reservations to your My Disney Experience Account. Your theme park tickets and any dining reservations you have should also show up as well. To link your reservation, select the My Disney Experience tab on the top right of the Walt Disney World® Resort Website. From the drop-down menu, select "My Reservations and Tickets." Once you're signed in, you'll see the "Link Resort Hotel Reservation" button. Select that option and follow the prompts.

It can take up to 24 hours for the reservation to show once you've inputted the information into your account. If you're still having trouble, please call (407) 939-5277 for assistance.

I hope this information is helpful in getting your reservation linked to your account, Raymond! Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
