Hi, I just booked a trip to stay at the Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa for 3/2 to 3/9 with my 6 yr old niece. I am using a time share & wanted to know is it worth it to buy the dining plan for the two of us or would it save money to purchase meals?

It really depends upon your dining habits, Robin.  Disney's dining plans can provide substantial savings to guests who would order individual entrees, desserts and beverages and pay out of pocket for them.  If, on the other hand, you have a light appetite and you might share some meals with your niece then you might find that you'd be better off paying out of pocket.  If it were my decision to make, I'd probably take a look at some of the restaurant menus and get an idea of what I might order.  If you find that you won't require a large meal twice a day, then you should probably skip the meal plan.  But if you are interested in trying a variety of restaurants and menu items, splurging on a dining plan might be a fun way to add some flavor to what is sure to be a magical vacation.  Good luck with your decision!
