Booked a trip for Nov along with DDP. My 12 year old is listed as a child on the reservation. He has a grown-up palate. and enjoys more sophisticated dishes than standard kids fare. Can he order off the adult menu? thanks!

Congratulations on booking your Walt Disney World vacation, Michelle!  Although kids under the age of eighteen are listed as a "child" on your Walt Disney World Resort Reservation, they are considered an "adult" on the Disney DIning Plan. Guests over the age of ten are categorized as "adults" in regards to purchasing tickets and when using the Disney DIning Plan. Rest assured, your twelve-year-old will be able to order from the adult menu since he will be charged adult pricing for the DIsney Dining Plan. Best wishes for a magical trip, Michelle!
