I booked this time through expedia.Am i going to be able to plan ahead with fast passes or wait till we get there. Can our old bands be used or get new ones and will disney send me my stuff?I have vouchers. How will this work im gonna stay at pop -5 day hop

    Hi Patricia,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions. I'll do my best to help.

First, unless you deactivated your previous MagicBands in your My Disney Experience account, they will still work for your upcoming trip. Since you are staying at an official Walt Disney World resort, you will be issued new MagicBands. You can use either or both during your trip. I like to mix them up based on color.

I've never booked through Expedia, but if you are able to link your reservation in My Disney Experience, you should be able to customize your new bands and have them shipped. If not, they will be waiting for you at check-in.

Second, if you have vouchers for your tickets, you should be able to input the codes in My Disney Experience so that you can book FastPass+ reservations. I recently did this with the electronic vouchers for my annual passes and it worked great.

The key will be having all the proper reservation and ticket voucher numbers from your third-party booking
site and linking them in your MDE account.

I hope that's helpful. Please let us know if we can do anything else to assist you as you plan your trip. Enjoy!
