Hi I have booked to stay at the Disney California Grand Hotel & Spa from the 04th July 2014 - 06th July 2014 I was wondering if there was a way to pre-purchase reserved seating for the fireworks in Disneyland Park. Thank you

    Hi, Karlee!

You’re going to have a blast spending Independence Day at the Disneyland Resort! Guests can commemorate the 4th of July with a special fireworks show set to upbeat patriotic songs to salute the stars and stripes.

Generally speaking, there is not a way to pre-purchase reserved seating for the fireworks displays at Disneyland Park. The only possible exception I’m aware of is if you’re being escorted by a Disney VIP Tour Guide, which can include VIP viewing or seating for select parades, stage shows and nighttime spectaculars. There is an additional fee for this service, however, and there’s a required hourly minimum. Call (714) 300-7710 for details.

There are many great spots from which to view the fireworks. Some of the best are in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, on Main Street, U.S.A., along the Rivers of America in Frontierland, and in front of "it's a small world." I hope this helps, Karlee, and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted Disneyland Resort visit. Please write back with more questions as your planning continues!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
