Hello. We have booked our stay for Aug 15-22 this year. We are from a bit of a cooler climate than florida and not sure what to pack for clothes. I know it will be hot, but will we need sweaters or jackets at all? Does it get cool in the evenings?

    Hi Alissa,

Coming from Canada which is cold, Florida in August is hot, hot, hot (which I love)
    Pack your t-shirts and shorts!
Check the long range forecast before you leave to see what is happening with the weather at that time.
You could bring a light sweater, but it is still really warm in the evenings.

Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, flip flops, swim suit, shorts/t-shirts/camera and you are good to go!!!

Enjoy your vacation--enjoy the warmth of the Florida sun and have a very magical vacation!!
