    Adele from North Ayrshire Asked

Hi I booked the star wars guided tour for our trip in July but wondering can I link this to my own 'my Disney experience' so it shows on our plans? Thanks

Greetings Adele! I see the force is strong within you...and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Star Wars Guided Tour is a definite must-do on my list for a future Walt Disney World Resort vacation. No doubt, you are as excited as I over the forthcoming opening of Star Wars Land in 2019.

Unfortunately, Events and Tours are not automatically linked in My Disney Experience and there is currently not a way to link them as such.  However, allow me to describe how I manually include my Events and Tours information to My Disney Experience despite this.

Under My Disney Experience, the tab for "My Itinerary" will take you to a detailed view of daily lists for everything important you have going on during your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation day.  In the top left corner, clicking on "Add Plans" allows you to link or select all of the fun experiences, Theme Parks, FastPass+ attractions and Advanced Dining Reservations that you desire.

If you select the option to "Add a Note", you can manually add an Event or Tour that can be inserted into your daily itinerary and accessed whenever you go into My Disney Experience.

I always add notes that include the reservation number for my Event or Tour, as well as any special requirements that the Cast Member informed me about when I booked my reservation.

May the Force Be With You!
