We booked our second cruise onboard to get the 10% discount and $200 onboard credit. I don't see the credit showing up in our reservation confirmation or online. Should I be seeing it, or will Disney know once we get on the ship?

    Welcome aboard, Kathleen!

You were very smart to book your next sailing while onboard a previous cruise with Disney! They offer such fabulous incentives to do so! My family and I never leave the ship without booking our next Disney Cruise Line vacation. Did you know that you can even put down a deposit for a placeholder cruise if you don't know the exact sail date you'd like next? Then later, choose the sailing you'd like and your incentives will apply! Perhaps that's what you did for this sailing, but if not, keep it in mind for next time!

You won't see the onboard credit show up in your reservation, but it will be there and you'll have a note about it in your stateroom when you arrive. To confirm, just to be sure, feel free to call the agents at Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532, or check with your travel agent if you have one assigned to this reservation.

It is so nice to know that you'll have that onboard credit waiting to spend once on the ship! You can book Port Adventures, Adult Exclusive Dining, Spa Treatments, buy some must have souvenirs in the gift shops onboard, or simply let it pay for any other charges you put on your stateroom account with your Key To The World Card, like specialty drinks.

Have a wonderful time planning this next cruise, Kathleen, and please feel free to stop back here with any other questions you might have. We're happy to help!
