I booked the Savior the Savannah Experience for March 2019 but it doesn't show up on my Disney app?

Welcome to the Moms Panel, Kevin!

Savor the Savanna: Evening Safari Experience is on my Disney bucket list. I'm very excited you were able to book this pixie-dusted tour!

Currently, Walt Disney World Resort tours do not automatically populate My Disney Experience accounts like advanced dining reservations do.

The above being said, you may keep track of your reservation for tours by using the "Notes" section of your My Disney Experience account. This convenient feature allows you to include reminders to your daily itinerary. You can record your tour confirmation number there. However, you cannot add a note via the mobile app version of My Disney Experience, so you will need to do this on the full website. Once the note is included, your tour will pop up in the mobile app too.

Here's how to do it. Sign in to your My Disney Experience account and go to the "My Plans" section, then scroll down to where you see "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." On the left you will see "Daily Itinerary" on the right you will see the "Add More Plans" toggle. Click on this latter option and choose, "Add a Note to My Plans." This will open a note where you can record the date, the time and location of your Savor the Savanna: Evening Safari Experience tour. You may label your event with a name under "Subject" and add your confirmation number in an optional "Description" box. You can even share the note with other Guests in your "Family & Friends list." When you complete these steps, your note will show up in your day's itinerary.

I hope this information was helpful, Kevin. Please write back with more questions as you continue to plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
