I booked a resort with Disney but bought our tickets from under cover My Disney Experience is asking me to customize our magic bands. Will they serve as just a room key, or can I link my parkhoppers to them? Thanks!

    Hi Riana,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You can link your park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. I find it easiest to do on the smart phone app. If you look under "Tickets and Passes," the app gives you the option to "Link a ticket or pass." You can scan your ticket with your phone, or enter the ticket ID number.

Once you have linked your tickets and reach 60 days before your trip, you can make FastPass+ selections. You will also be able to use your MagicBand as your room key, and to charge any purchases.

Please let me know if you have any other questions I can help you with!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
