    Hi there, I booked a reservation with a travel agent to go to Disney world orlando. I can't access my hotel reservation, can I arrange my fastpass tickets when I arrive at the hotel

    Hello Nadia,
    I'm absolutely delighted to know you've arranged a magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort and I can just imagine how excited you must be feeling! 
    You may have already created a My Disney Experience account, but if not... that's where all the magic of a Disney trip begins.  
    After creating your My Disney Experience you should be able to link your Walt Disney World Resort reservation and Ultimate Tickets which will enable the making of FastPass+ selections up to 60 days ahead of time, you'll also be able to personalise MagicBands which you'll receive upon check-in at your Disney Resort hotel. 
    If all those relevant Disney reservation and ticket numbers aren't to hand you will need to request them from the travel agency where your holiday was first purchased. 
    After obtaining all the relevant details you may find it helpful to speak with a knowledgeable Cast Member by referring to this Walt Disney World Phone Directory
