    When I booked my reservation I purchased the Photo Pass Plus. I have received all my docs but no photo pass. Will this be waiting for me at my resort? Should I be calling Disney Travel?

    Hi Kevin!

    You should receive your Disney PhotoPass prior to your departure date. However, to be safe, I would call Disney Travel or Disney PhotoPass customer service at (407)560-4300, to verify that it was shipped. In addition, you should be able to click the "Check Order Status" link in your order confirmation email or by clicking the "Check Order Status" link through your account page.
