Hi! I booked my on-property Disney resort reservation through a 3rd party where I had a hotel credit, but they do not allow you to request a particular building at the Pop Century resort, only select the room type. Can I make a request through Disney?

    Hi Emily!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  We're so glad you stopped by to ask a vacation planning question.    Without knowing the details of who you booked the hotel through it is a little hard to answer the question to the best of my knowledge but I will give you a similar scenario.

In the past I have booked a Disney Resort hotel room through a third party agent such as Orbitz or Priceline.  When I made my reservation I received an email with my confirmation from the site.  In this email were both the Orbitz or Priceline confirmation number along with a Disney hotel confirmation number.   You can link this Disney confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account and customize your MagicBands, as well as use Online Check-In to make any room requests.   Please note that Online Check-In is only available 60 days or less before you arrive.    You could also call Disney reservations at (407) 939-1936 to have room requests added to your profile.   Please have your Disney confirmation number available when you make the call to speed up the process.

Emily, thanks again for stopping by.  Enjoy your upcoming visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth.  If you need any additional help, we are always ready to lend a helping hand.
