We're booked from 14-28th March 2016. We were aware Easter was a busy time when we booked but since booking everyone has been telling us we're mad and all the books say it is the absolute worst time to go. will it be a disaster or can we make it work?!

    Hi Kristin,

It can be so disheartening when you've made plans and then find out there might be an issue. Yes, the weeks around Easter are busy at Walt Disney World. Is it impossible to have a great vacation at that time? No. If you have flexibility in your timing and are worried about the crowds, you can try to adjust your timing. However, I think you will be just fine with your Easter holiday!

The good thing is you know now that it will be busy. You can make your plans well in advance and be prepared for crowds. Make good use of making FastPass+ selections in advance and make the advance dining reservations you would like.

The most important suggestion I have for you is to remember to pack a lot of patience and optimism. Yes, it may be crowded and while crowds can slow everything down, they also bring a certain amount of energy. Try to enjoy that energy and celebrate with the crowds!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if you have any other questions we can help you with!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
