Hi, we have booked a 2020 holiday for 15 nights with free dining (UK) and we have 14 days park admission. Do we get the dining for 15 nights? I'm not sure how it works and trying to get through to our travel agent is a nightmare! Thanks for your help

    Hi Melissa!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Congratulations on securing the free dining offer, exclusive for Guests from the UK,  for your 2020 holiday to Walt Disney World! You will love using the Disney Dining Plan, it offers so much flexibility and convenience and you can use it at most restaurants across the whole of Walt Disney World, including theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs.  You will receive the dining plan for every night of your stay - which for yourselves will be for 15 nights.  For whichever dining plan you are using, you can use it from the day of check-in (if you use online check-in this would be from 7.00am on your arrival day) until midnight of your departure day. You can use the dining credits in any way you wish, which could mean using more credits on one day, and less on another.  If you need to check your balance at any time you can do so by using My Disney Experience mobile app, asking your server at any restaurant, and your balance will also be printed on your dining receipt.  The Front Desk of your Resort hotel can provide a print-out of your remaining balance, on request.  With your dining plan you will also receive a Refillable Drink Mug which can be refilled with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a selection of fountain drinks at any of the beverage stations located at all the Disney Resort hotels.

Remember the important planning dates for your holiday - dining reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance, online or by using My Disney Experience.  FastPass+ reservations to secure your place in line for your favourite rides, can be made 60 days prior to your arrival date (for guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel), also by using My Disney Experience.  Keep watching the Disney Park Blog updates for all the latest news about Walt Disney World!

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday.
