Hi, we just booked our FIRST trip to Disney World this September! My little girl is 6 and is a semi-picky eater. My fiance, however, will eat just about anything (he especially likes sushi). Can you give me ideas that satisfy both? We have the DDP.

Thankfully WDW offers interesting kid menus at most restaurants. I think you’ll be able to find many places where your fiancé can enjoy eclectic dining while your child sticks to kid-friendly options.

    Here’s some examples:

The California Grill at the Contemporary Resort offers sushi for adults and mac and cheese for kids.
Boma’s buffet dinner at the Animal Kingdom Lodge offers kid-friendly nuggets but delectable such as grilled seafood. Likewise, Jiko at the same resort offers picky eaters some great options on the kid’s menu as well as steak, seafood and other adult entrees.
The Flying Fish Café at the Boardwalk Resort offers grilled cheese as one picky-eater option but seafood and steak options for your fiancé.
At Narcoosee’s overlooking the Magic Kingdom at the Grand Floridian Resort, your fiancé can enjoy surf and turf while our daughter picks chicken strips or another kid-friendly entrée.

    Other places to try -
Kona Café at the Polynesian Resort, Turf Club Bar and Grill at Saratoga Springs, Captain’s Grill at the Yacht Club Resort.

Enjoy your first trip and be sure to make your Advance Dining Reservations!
