We booked our Disney trip through Southwest including park passes. Does the airline send the park passes ahead of time so I can register for fast passes and bands or do we get the passes when checking in. My Disney experience requires ticket #s.

    Dear Linda,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I recommend, since you say that you booked your vacation package through Southwest Airlines, that you contact them again and request the information that you are inquiring about. They act in this case as the travel agency, and they will be your first point of contact for this type of issue.

Once you have your reservation numbers, I recommend setting up a My Disney Experience account and inputting your information there. Then you will be able to make Advanced Dining Reservations and select your FastPass+ selections, among other exciting planning options!

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
