Booked for 1st cruise: Fantasy, with a party of 13! Our family's room is connected to my parents' room, both deluxe oceanview with Verandah. How are they connected? I thought travel agent said the verandah will connect. Inside door? Important to kids!

    Ahoy, Laura!

What fun you'll have sailing with a party of 13!! There's so much to see and do - for ALL ages. You'll be amazed at all the magic they have planned for you. The Disney Fantasy is a gorgeous vessel - I could spend a whole day simply touring the ship!

I can understand how important it is for your kids to have full access to the adjoining stateroom! What better way to travel than with a stateroom that connects to their grandparents? That's awesome! You'll be happy to know that the  Disney Fantasy was designed  to accommodate larger families and groups. The ship has 500 connecting doors that allow for adjoining staterooms. Staterooms that feature verandahs that connect have a partition that can be opened to create a larger balcony that's shared by both rooms. Simply let your stateroom host or hostess know that you'd like your balconies to connect, and they will handle it for you!

Tell your kids to have no fear - Grandma and Grandpa will be very near!

I hope this helps with your planning! Have a magical day! - Diane W.
