We are going to book a vacation for February 2013 and wanted to know what the cancellation policies are for our resort room and park tickets.

    Hi Cam!

So you're thinking about a trip to Walt Disney World? Awesome! Well you've come to the right place to get advice on what to see, do and eat!  Between all of us, we've experienced much of what Disney has to offer families, and can help guide on the way to planning the trip of a lifetime!

When you've booked a vacation package, including room and tickets, you will be require to pay a $200 deposit.  If you are within the 45 day window when booking, you will need to pay in full.  Once you've paid your deposit, you are required to pay the remainder of the balance 45 days prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel, be sure to do so before that 45 day mark. All monies paid towards the vacation, including your deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel between 6-44 days prior to arrival you, you will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. All monies remaining will be refunded to you. If you cancel 1-6 days prior to arrival, you will be assessed a $200 cancellation fee and all remaining monies will be refunded to you.. There is no refund for no-shows.

If you've booked a room only reservation, you will be charged one nights fee.  You would need to cancel your reservation at minimal six days prior to arrival, or you will lose your deposit.

Hope this helps clarify that a bit and thanks so much for asking! -Malanie
