If we were to book a trip for October now and then a free dining deal or something is announced later, would we be able to get that even if we book before the deals are announced?

    Kristy,

How exciting that you are planning a trip for October! One of the most exciting things about going to Walt Disney World is planning the trip, making Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) and planning all the fun you are going to have!

You can book your Walt Disney World package now, and then if a promotion is offered during the dates you are visiting and if your package qualifies for that discount, you can call Disney at 407-939-1936 to apply the discount. I recently did this for our vacation in February. I booked my package last year, but I became aware of a special promotion occurring at this same time, so I called Disney and simply modified my package and applied the discount. The Cast Member can help you understand if your package fits within the parameters of the promotion.

While you are visiting in October, make sure to experience Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party! This is so much fun because you will get to trick-or-treat in the parks, see the Boo to You Parade and  see HalloWishes fireworks show!

Don't forget to make your ADRs 180 days in advance to get the dining experiences you desire!

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
