How do I book magical express

Hello Jennifer, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort next year. I absolutely love using Disney’s Magical Express from Orlando International Airport. There is nothing like being whisked away aboard the luxurious motorcoach to begin a magical vacation.  You can book this complimentary service online or by calling (407) 939-1936. Be sure to have the flight information handy for all members of your travel party.

Approximately 2-3 weeks before your check-in date, you will receive a letter with your travel information and special yellow luggage tags. You will place these tags on your luggage prior to checking them at your point of departure. Be sure to pack your MagicBands and anything you will need when you arrive in your carry on items. Your luggage will be delivered to your Disney Resort Hotel room later. Your MagicBands will unlock the door to your room, access your theme park tickets and even purchase food and merchandise when you arrive. You can magically skip the baggage claim area and proceed to Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center on the Ground Transportation Area Side B, Level 1.

You can also use this service for your return trip to Orlando International Airport. You will receive a transportation notice on your door the day before your departure confirming your pickup time. If you are flying an airline that participates in Resort Airline Check-In Service, you can check your bags before noon. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to bring your luggage to the motorcoach. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
