If I book my hotel room over the phone, will I be able to link it to the My Disney Experience app right away, even if my trip is over 400 days away?

Hi, Felicia! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're so excited that you're considering booking a Disney vacation.

To link your Walt Disney World resort reservation to your My Disney Experience account, you'll just need to enter the reservation number. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you should receive an email with your reservation number listed. You can also write the number down once it's given to you by the Cast Member over the phone.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, your Walt Disney World resort reservation may magically appear in your My Disney Experience account. If for some reason it doesn't appear there, please follow the steps below.

Log into your My Disney Experience account, click on My Plans, and then scroll to the center of the page and hover your arrow over the Resort Hotel icon. A box will appear that says Link A Reservation. From here just follow the prompts and input your reservation number.

Have a magical time at Walt Disney World, Felicia! I know that 2020 holds some very magical surprises from Mickey and his pals! If you have more questions about Advanced Dining Reservations or special events, such as festivals, please stop by and visit with us again soon.

    Happy planning,
    Korliss
