    Hi Erin!

Thanks for your question. It is great one! Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Rooms each have their own requirements for the number of Guests that can be accommodated in each room. The Reservation system will not allow for more names to be listed on the Room than the number of allowed Guests. Don't worry, though--there are many fantastic options for groups of more than 5. If you are watching your budget, check out Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's All-Star Music Resort which allow for groups of up to 6 Guests. You could also consider booking two regular rooms at a Value Resort Hotel. Connecting Rooms can be requested but not guaranteed.

I have a large family, as well, and we are always looking for budget friendly ideas and affordable ways to make the most of our Walt Disney World vacation. I have found that I am most able to stay in my budget when I plan well. Planning specifics such as Advanced Dining Reservations and FastPass+ options always help us make the most of our time and really get our money's worth. Take a minute to look at these ideas and tips for ways to plan a trip for a larger party.

I'm so glad you stopped by. Please come back if we can help you as you plan your magical Walt Disney World vacation.

    Have a wonderful day!
