If I book our FP+ for a ride for all 4 of us in our family and my 11 year old decides its too scary for her when we get there how will that affect her FP+ rotation (since she needs to use FP+ before moving on?) She wont know till she gets there?

Hi, Nicole! Everything should be just fine even if she decides she's too scared. You will just need to make sure that she activates her FastPass+ whether she ends up riding the attraction or not. You didn't specify which attraction, but she can probably experience the preshow and/or the queue without riding.  Even if she has no intention of riding the attraction and plans on taking the "chicken exit," she needs to activate the FastPass+ at the entrance. This will enable her to make further FastPass+ selections when the initial three have been used. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
