Hi if we book at a Disney goodneighbour resort is there anyway to book a dining plan. how much would parking at the parks be. Is the shuttle like the Disney buses takes you to the entrance. We are a party of 7 looking for the best options for a room price

Hi Sheena! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It looks like you are starting to plan an exciting adventure to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I'd be happy to assist you.

There is so much to consider when selecting a resort hotel for your Walt Disney World vacation. I recommend that you review the benefits of staying at an onsite Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. When traveling with a group, I especially value access to efficient resort to theme park transportation, ability to add a Disney Dining Plan to a vacation package, and complimentary airport transportation with Disney's Magical Express®.

Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotels provide value, comfort, and quality in close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort. They also offer a variety of villas, standard hotel rooms, and suites to best fit your party's needs. Guests of these resorts are not eligible to add a Disney Dining Plan to their reservation, but they are able to add a Quick-Service Dine Card to qualifying packages; these cards can be used to purchase meals at participating Quick-Service dining locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. If your family plans to eat a lot of meals on-the-go to maximize time experiencing attractions, this is a great option!

Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotels do offer transportation to the Disney Parks, but keep in mind that it may be subject to an additional cost. Should you choose to drive your own vehicle to the theme parks, you will be charged a fee. Currently, the cost for standard parking is $25 per vehicle, per day, but this is subject to change at any time without notice. Preferred parking is also available. Another option, which is especially practical for times when your group wants to split up, is to use a ride share service, such as Uber or Lyft, both of which operate in Walt Disney World.

You certainly have a lot to think about in choosing where to rest your head during your vacation, Sheena. As other questions come up during the planning process, please don't hesitate to come back and see us again. We're always happy to help!
