Can I get to the Boardwalk from the Contemporary by taking the monorail to Epcot and then walking to the Boardwalk? We have Park Hoppers so it would be fine if we needed to walk through Epcot. Or is their a boat system that will take us? Even w/transfer?

    Kimberly:

You can take the monorail to Epcot's front gate, enter the park and then walk through it's International Gateway back entrance to the Boardwalk. The monorail ride is approximately 30 minutes because you have to transfer at the Ticket and Transportation Center, and the walk is a good 15 to 20 minutes.

I would suggest walking from the entrance of the Contemporary over to the buses that service the Magic Kingdom, a 5-minute walk, and simply take the bus to Boardwalk Inn.  It will be about a 25 minute ride and a lot less hassle!

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
