I am a bit confused about the dining plan. We have the middle one and I keep seeing the average $ for adults and children. Do you have to watch the prices of our snacks, QS and table service? Like is there a limit on the money a snack can cost?

Hello Melissa and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Thanks for bringing us this great question. All of the Disney Dining Plans can help make planning and budgeting easier. But like you, I prefer the "middle" one.  Your Disney Dining Plan includes a Quick-Service meal, a Table-Service meal, and two snacks for each person for each night of your stay.

While there are Signature Dining locations that require the use of two Table-Service credits, the vast majority of entrees available on the menus across the Walt Disney World Resort are included with the Disney Dining Plan regardless of the original cost of the dish. When you are at a Table-Service location, your server can advise you of any exceptions to this rule.

As for snacks....or should I say SNACKS!!! Can you tell I love Disney snacks?  On the Quick-Service and kiosk menus, items that are covered by the Disney Dining Plan will have a small purple and white icon.  With that said, nearly everything that you would consider a snack is included: Dole Whips, Dole Whip Floats, small popcorns, churros, pretzels, pastries, cupcakes, and even your favorite Starbucks drink!

As you are looking over menus, if you see any items that you want more clarity on, come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and we will do our best to help.

    See ya real soon,
