Big Disney family trip in August! We will be at the Boardwalk Villas. Will have a 23 & 8 month old at time of travel. First visit for them! Celebrating 4 birthdays! Are we allowed to ship items ahead of time? Diapers, items like that. Thank you !

    Hi Sharon,

I am thrilled to tell you that you can absolutely ship some of the essentials to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel before you arrival.  In fact, I often place an order from amazon.com and have that waiting for me when I check-in. Things like bottles of water, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, pre-packaged snacks, hand sanitizer, and lotion are fantastic options for an amazon pantry box since they can take up quite a bit of space in your suitcase. Save yourself the extra baggage fees and have them delivered "Home" for you.

Since you are staying at a Resort that also has a Convention Center, you may need to pick up your package from the Business Center during the regular business hours of 8 a.m to 5 p.m Monday through Friday, Saturday 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. and closed on Sunday. They may also change a small handling fee around $3-5. Sometimes, however, your package is received by the Front Desk and then brought directly to Bell Services.

The best address for your upcoming reservation at Disney's BoardWalk Villas is:

Your Name - Hold for guest arrival (date)
Care Of Disney's BoardWalk Villas Resort
    2101 N. Epcot Resorts Blvd
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-8442.

There are many ways to make a birthday particularly special at Walt Disney World Resort! First, be sure to add the birthday information in the celebrations section of your Disney Vacation Club Resort Reservation. You can do this online through the Member Website, or with a quick phone call. That way, Celebration buttons will be waiting in your check-in packet. Also, check out some great extras from Disney Floral & Gifts!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
