Beth, Our first visit for our fam of 7 we will be attending MVMCP on the Nov19. I saw on a previous post where you said MK will not be decorated till the day before Thanksgiving. Can you tell me, will MVMCP not have Christmas decorations? ...HELP!!

    Hi Marvella,

Thank you for your question! It is true that the Magic Kingdom is the last place in Walt Disney World to be decorated for the holidays. This holds to the tradition that the Holiday season was not started until Thanksgiving Day when the man in the red suit made his appearance from the North Pole to come and see the children for their wishes. However, there will be some decorations and the holiday parade will still be present. There may even be some white stuff aka snow. You will still feel the magic of the holidays in the park.

This also allows you the opportunity to visit the holiday decorations in the other resorts and parks while you are in Walt Disney World. Many resorts are transformed overnight which is a really neat experience.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation!
