When is the best time to visit WDW? I am looking for less crowds and discount pricing!

Hi, Rhonda!  Traditionally, there are a couple of times during the year where you may find crowds to be a bit lighter and prices a little bit lower.  Because many schools are back in session by the end of August or early September, you are going to find pricing is usually lower during that time frame.  With the exception of Labor Day weekend, you will usually encounter lower crowds through much of September.

Another great time to visit is right after the holidays.  When the new year rolls around, and the holiday crowds die down, you may find some great deals to travel to Walt Disney World and lighter crowds when you get there.  It's another time when kids are just going back to school after holiday breaks, and many families are hesitant to take their children out of school during that time period.

There's another time frame when crowds are a bit lighter, but it varies from year.  Usually between the end of Easter and spring breaks and the middle of May, you'll find crowds are slightly lower.  It's final exam period for college kids and getting close to the end of the school year for other kids, so people don't travel as much.

I hope you find a time that works perfectly for you!
