What is the BEST princess dining experience? Does Cinderella's Royal Table or the Akershus Royal Banquet have different princesses?

    Kristin,

My wife and I took our girls to both in October. We did breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table, and a few days later dinner at Akershus.

Now both were great. And the princess selection was pretty much identical. We really had a great time, each time.

But for us on our return trip in 2011, of the two we are going to do Akershus. Why?

    • It is far less expensive than Cinderella's Royal Table
    • We preferred the food at Akershus
    • My elder daughter is a big Belle fan, and liked seeing her in her gold dress at Akershus, as opposed to her village attire (blue and white) at the Royal Table.
    • The princess experience might have been even a bit better at Akershus, with parades through the dining halls.
Now really, they are both great. And the scenic view out of the castle onto Fantasyland at Cinderella's Royal Table is pretty cool. But since we had to choose, we chose Akershus.

    I hope that helps?

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
