What is the best character dining experience for boys, ages 4 & 6?

Except for the princess themed meals, young boys are likely to be fine at any of the character dining experiences. The classic character meal, and a perennial favorite of kids of all ages, is Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary resort. The food is served buffet style, so everyone can try a bit of everything and get exactly what they want to eat. The characters there are Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald. They come around to every table to "chat," sign autographs, and pose for photos. Periodically there will be a small parade through the restaurant where the character will dance a bit. This is usually a big hit with preschoolers and young elementary-age children.

Some other good choices would be the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom if you have Winnie the Pooh fans or the Tusker House breakfast in the Animal Kingdom. Tusker House is just steps away from the Kilimanjaro Safari which I'm sure your boys would love.

    Have a great trip!
