    Majida from WA Asked

What is best character dining in Epcot for three little princesses and two parents who enjoy good food?

    Hi Majida,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

I’ve eaten at both of the character dining meals at Epcot, Chip ’n Dale’s Harvest Feast at The Garden Grill and at Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. While both are excellent meals, if your little princesses don’t need to meet the Disney Princesses at dinnertime, then I would go with The Garden Grill.

I’ve just come back from a visit to Walt Disney World Resort that included a meal at that restaurant and I highly recommend it, both from a food perspective, as well as from a character interaction perspective. Chip, Dale, Pluto and Farmer Mickey himself are great fun - my little guy always has a blast when we eat there. While the food at Akershus is good, it’s not universally loved and I’ve found that it can definitely be hit-or-miss.

In case you’re looking for other character dining ideas, our favourite Princess dining experience (both for the food and the characters) is found outside of Epcot at Cinderella’s Happily Ever After Dinner at 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
