What is the best way of going about booking the Fast Pass + experiences. I will be able to on September 19th and I don't know where to begin!

    Dorothy,

Booking day for Disney FastPass+ is always a big occasion in my house.  A few days prior to the date, I like to sit down with my family and figure out what our “must-dos” are so when the big day comes, I am ready to go.  The system can be a little intimidating at first, but here are some of my tips on how to make the experience an easy and pain-free one.

    1.  My Disney Experience.  Make sure you have your My Disney Experience account set-up and your park tickets linked prior to your FastPass+ selection day.

    2.  Know when to book.  Guests can make their FastPass+ selections 30 days prior to visiting.  Disney Hotel guests can book theirs 60 days prior to their check-in date.

    3.  Midnight.  Generally the system resets at midnight which is when the FastPass+ system will open.   The one caveat to that is if a park is open past midnight.  In that case, the system typically won’t load until it closes.  Personally, I like to stay up and book the moment the system opens.  This is especially important if you are trying to get some of the more popular attractions.

    4.  Prioritize.  If you are planning on booking Seven Dwarfs Mine Train or the Anna & Elsa Meet & Greet, make those your #1 priority.  Since these two are must-dos in my household, I like to book my Magic Kingdom Park day first before I do anything else.

Finally, remember that you can only book 3 FastPass+ experiences at one park per day.  Once you are in a park though and you use your first 3 selections, you will be able to go to a FastPass+ kiosk and make a 4th selection.

Dorothy, I am confident you will do a great job with your selections.  Happy planning!
