    Scot from CA Asked

What is the benefit to renewing our annual passes early vs renewing on our next visit?

    Hi there Scot,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question. I hope you are having a Dapper Day.

I’m not sure if your next visit to the parks would be before your Disneyland Resort Annual Passport expires, but I can tell you that renewing at the Theme Park Ticket Booth or online would qualify for the same benefits, so it’s really up to you.

However, you are able to renew your Annual Passport up to 40 days prior to the expiration date. The benefit to renewing before this expiration date is you will receive a special renewal rate. After your Annual Passport has expired, you will pay the posted price for a new Disneyland Resort Annual Passport.

The Annual Passport renewal rate will vary, based on the Annual Passport type you purchased and the promotions available during your Annual Passport year.

I hope I added some magic to your day and answered your question. Please write me back if you have any more questions before your next trip to The Happiest Place on Earth.

    Wishing you magic, Scot.
