How does bell hop know where to take your carry ons and who they belong to if they dont have a yellow tag after taking the magical Express? Do you need a yellow tag on carry on luggage?

Hey, Taylor! My daughters' favorite way to arrive at Walt Disney World Resort is by hopping aboard Disney's Magical Express. These motorcoaches must glide on pixie dust with all of the excitement they bring! I am glad you have made your reservation for this service and have received your yellow luggage tags. These are very important items! You will affix them to the luggage that you check at your home airport. Once they are taken off the plane at Orlando International Airport, that yellow luggage tag is a signal to the crew that they have a magical destination and are sent on their way. You will see them again later that day after you check-in at your Disney Resort Hotel. Within three to four hours of your arrival, they will automagically find their way to your room.

Your carry-on luggage is handled a bit differently and does not need their own yellow luggage tags. Those bags will stay in your possession as you travel through the day. You are welcome to stow them below the Disney's Magical Express motorcoach as you board, but you will need to claim them once you arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel. The motorcoach driver will assist you with this. If you find that your room is not ready upon your arrival, then you can stop by Bell Services to have them store your bags while you set off to find a magical adventure. They will take down your name and the number of bags being stored and provide you with a receipt. Be sure to keep that, as you will need it to claim your belongings. Once you are ready, you can either stop by Bell Services to retrieve your bags or use your in-room phone to call for delivery of them. Please note that there is currently a small fee for having Bell Services deliver items to your resort room.

I hope this information helps you plan for a magical arrival at Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
