We're at Beach Club 1nght as part of a longer Florida stay. We'll be in MK the day of check in. Do we have to physically check in to then be able to enjoy EMH at MK or can we stay on for EMH, online check in and arrive at hotel after closing?

    ChEARs Julie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you might be doing the same thing my Scottish in-laws do when they visit us here in Florida - they come to visit for almost a month! I think it’s super smart considering the flight, and you need as much time as possible to enjoy the ‘World!

You don’t need to be physically present to check-in to Disney’s Beach Club Villas. If you haven’t already, download the My Disney Experience app. You can use the app to check-in to your Resort hotel, get Fastpasses, and mobile order food. Because of the fantasticness of the app, I can’t remember the last time I checked in at the Resort Front Desk! You will also get updates about your hotel room via the app. I love the ping, letting us know our room is ready; it also gives you your room number and location at the Resort. When you return to the hotel, the app can also serve as your room key!

You are going to love Extra Magic Hours! It is one of my favorite magical extras that come along with being a Resort Hotel Guest. Depending on which Park you choose, you will have little-to-no wait at iconic attractions, including Soarin’ Around the World, Avatar Flight of Passage, and Slinky Dog Dash! Being able to get on and off those attractions efficiently is worth ALL of the lost sleep!

Julie, if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. We’re all EARs!
